One layer of german dark chocolate, topped with a creamy white chocolate and peppermint pieces. Perfectly balanced and cut into serving sized pieces. We pour each batch on a large pan and then break it into bite sized pieces. Sealed and packed in a Mo's gift box.

Assorted truffles all made at Mo's in small batches. We use heavy cream, chocolate and flavorings to make the ganaches, we then roll each centry by hand and dunk them in chocolate. Each box is selected just for your order from our seasonal favorites.
